Survey: businesses give their efficiency a 7 out of 10 and see biggest potential in infrastructure

​Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the capital city rate their economic situation as moderate, giving it 7 out of 10. They rate their efficiency at 7.2 as well. According to a survey initiated by the real estate developer Darnu Group and conducted by Spinter Research, 37% of small and medium-sized businesses consider process planning and management the least effective part of their operations.
