SBA Urban is offering a EUR 4.5 million bond issue for the development of the Hermanas business centre in Kaunas

​S3 Business, a company managed by SBA Urban and its partner TABA Invest, launched the third tranche of its EUR 23.5 million bond programme. At this stage, the plan is to raise EUR 4.5 million to finance the Hermanas Class A office project under development in the Nemunaičiai district of Kaunas.
